Revised Publication

The SSSC has revised and republished the SVQs in the Scottish Social Service Sector report for 2012, 2013 and 2014. It was withdrawn in January 2016 following the identification of a data quality issue at the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) which affected the SVQ data for 2014.

The Workforce Intelligence Team was informed by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) on 20th January 2016 that the summary SVQ data for 2014 was incorrect. Investigations by the SQA revealed that the original data for the third quarter of 2014 (July - September) was considerably understated. This problem has now been rectified and the revised report now contains the correct data for 2014. Data for years prior to 2014 was not affected and remains unchanged.
