Interactive social worker data tool 2016 update published

We have recently released an update to the Excel based Social Worker Data Tool (available here). The aim of this tool is to make the information on practising Social Workers employed by local authorities more accessible.

Publication of 2016 LA post type data

We are pleased to announce that the breakdown of LA post types for 2016 was published on Friday 6th October (available here). The spreadsheets present headcount and WTE (whole time equivalent) data of all filled posts in local authority social work services where those employed do not work in a registered care service. This therefore covers staff working primarily in field social work services.
