Delay to publication of the Scottish Social Service Sector: Report on 2016 Workforce Data
It was intended to publish the 2016 Workforce data report on 31/8/17. However, the publication date will now be in September due to the identification of significant discrepancies between some returns received in 2015 and those received in 2016 from the same services.
We will provide an update on this issue no later than 31/8/17 and publish the workforce report as soon as possible.

We are pleased to announce the publication of the latest annual report on Scottish Vocational Qualifications provision in Scotland, produced regularly for the purposes of workforce planning. This new report is shaped by financial year as opposed to calendar year and provides SVQ provision data separately for the Adults and Children and Young People frameworks as well as the proportion of SVQ activity made up by Modern Apprenticeships (MAs) in Scotland.
